Responsibilities
Support one of two Product Owners, each owning active product roadmaps requiring ongoing UX design support
Design experiences for:
Internal data dashboards and reporting tools
CMS-driven platforms (including reusable components)
B2C experiences supporting customer purchasing and seller business insights
Apply and extend an existing design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability
Create reusable components and clearly spec designs for developer handoff
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and UX peers
Participate in design reviews and open critiques within a highly communicative UX team
Manage work independently while meeting clearly defined goals and deadlines
Ramp quickly by leveraging existing Figma libraries, documentation, Slack collaboration, and project kickoff sessions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional UX design experience
Strong experience working within a design system, specifically using Figma
Experience designing reusable components and CMS-based solutions
Ability to create detailed design specs suitable for developer implementation
High level of autonomy and comfort owning work from concept through delivery
Strong communication skills and comfort with direct, candid design feedback
Preferred
8+ years of professional UX design experience
Experience designing data dashboards, particularly for complex sales or business software
Background working on both internal tools and customer-facing platforms
