They are seeking Capital Allocation Review Analysts to evaluate investment opportunities from a capital allocation perspective and to provide structured feedback on transactions.

Responsibilities
Review transactions for capital allocation fit, structure, and readiness
Assess alignment with investor mandates, return objectives, and risk profiles
Help determine which opportunities advance toward investor engagement
Earn transaction-based compensation on deals that successfully close
Build a verified Capital Allocation Review Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
Evaluate transactions through a capital allocator lens, including: Risk / return profile and downside protection, Capital stack composition and efficiency, Use of proceeds and value creation logic, Sponsor capability and execution readiness
Assess suitability for: Institutional investors, Family offices, Private capital funds
Identify misalignment, structural weaknesses, or allocation risks
Provide structured feedback to refine capital positioning
Approve, conditionally approve, or decline transactions for allocator review
Assess Commercial real estate investments, Private equity and growth equity transactions, Operating business acquisitions and recapitalizations, Structured, hybrid, or opportunistic capital deployments
Qualification
Required
Capital Allocation Review Analysts operate as independent contractors
Approval is granted based on allocation experience, judgment quality, and transaction exposure
Evaluate transactions through a capital allocator lens, including risk/return profile and downside protection
Assess suitability for institutional investors, family offices, and private capital funds
Identify misalignment, structural weaknesses, or allocation risks
Provide structured feedback to refine capital positioning
