Responsibilities
Meet or exceed annual bookings targets
Interact with new and existing customers to increase services, turnkey solutions, and product sales. Review customer requirements and recommend products that satisfy specific requirements
Work with the Operations Team to develop technical proposals, technical specifications, and price quotations in order to achieve bookings objectives
Travel domestically to customer facilities to uncover customer needs
Attend tradeshows and conferences to promote services, turnkey solutions, and products to generate and qualify leads in order to expand the sales pipeline
Identify new customer requirements and/or applications that require Acutronic services, solutions and products
Engage in technical discussions with customers and provide written documentation of the discussions and requirements, as applicable
Develop sales strategy for all new significant opportunities
Develop pricing recommendations
Maintain an accurate sales forecast
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field
A minimum of three years in capital equipment sales
Travel is expected to be approximately 40 – 50%
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Five years in capital equipment sales
Experience in the field of servo systems and/or motion control
