Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio (C&I and owner-occupied CRE)
Develop new relationships through referrals, COIs, and existing clients
Structure deals in partnership with credit and underwriting
Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial banking experience
Background in C&I and/or CRE lending
Relationship-focused, community banking mindset
