Required

Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing… you get the idea)
Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture
Passion for team development and leading through others
A laser-like focus on the guest experience
The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements
A team player who can jump in and assist when needed
Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
