Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI/agent solutions that drive business transformation
Design and implement advanced models utilizing experimentation, multi-modal data, and the latest AI techniques to solve complex problems and unlock new opportunities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI systems are robust, responsible, and deliver measurable impact
Lead the architectural design and development of state-of-the-art machine learning, generative AI, and agent systems that enhance user experience, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence
Lead experimentation initiatives, leveraging A/B testing, and novel AI approaches to continuously improve model performance and business outcomes
Advance responsible AI practices by integrating governance, ethical considerations, and security into every stage of model development and deployment
Develop and maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI and agentic systems
Incorporate sophisticated algorithms, experimental design, and emerging AI methodologies to solve real-world challenges and push the boundaries of innovation
Identify and champion new business opportunities by proposing and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions that create tangible value and competitive advantage

Required

3+ Years of experience in machine learning and data science
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and relevant libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, Pandas)
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and experimental design (A/B testing)
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering measurable business impact
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Graduate's degree
Experience with GitHub and repositories
Experience with DataRobot and AWS SageMaker
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
Experience with generative AI models and agentic systems (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering)
Understanding responsible AI principles, including ethics, bias mitigation, and security considerations, governance frameworks, or Model Risk Management, especially in a finance setting
