Manage and update Salesforce (imports/exports), data fixes and audits
Use MS Excel to perform various tasks with Salesforce data (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables, etc.)
Assist with website updates using WordPress
Qualification
Required
Self-starter with a passion for revenue/business operations
Basic knowledge of business practices, processes, and tools (Salesforce, MS Excel, WordPress)
Thirst for knowledge and ability to tackle new problems quickly
Manage and update Salesforce (imports/exports), data fixes and audits
Use MS Excel to perform various tasks with Salesforce data (VLOOKUP's, Pivot tables, etc.)
Assist with website updates using WordPress
Currently in a 2- or 4-year academic program working towards a degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Relevant prior experience using Salesforce, MS Excel (advanced), and MS Word
Ability to work without supervision
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Can work 20 hours a week
