Responsibilities
This position may work evenings until 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Provide potential clients with emphatic support while acquiring information critical to case management
Collect accident details, insurance information, police reports and any other information needed
Conduct the intake process by phone with occasional in person contact
Evaluate potential clients based on the firm’s criteria
Qualification
Required
Prior investigator experience with motor vehicle accidents
Detailed oriented
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Preferred
Bilingual a plus
