Responsibilities
Oversee core accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, collections, payroll, and financial close, ensuring GAAP compliance and audit readiness
Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPIs, and dashboards to deliver timely insights to senior leadership
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives, implementing systems and controls to scale and future-proof accounting operations
Provide hands-on leadership to the accounting team while supporting special projects and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance and CPA both required
10+ years of accounting experience, including 7+ in leadership roles
Audit/assurance experience in a Big 4 or large national public firm
Prior experience working for a global organization
Preferred
Private equity experience highly preferred
