Responsibilities
Provide full life-cycle recruitment support by sourcing, screening, selecting, and making decisions on hiring or placements
Proactively sourcing passive talent to find and engage potential candidates who are not actively looking for new job opportunities
Select qualified candidates to fulfill internal openings or client job orders and maintain ongoing contact on the assignments to maintain client satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to submit to current and future openings
Participate in business development and recruitment meetings
Develop and maintain relationships with the clients to get referrals and obtain business
Communicate regularly with stakeholders by keeping updates on the progress of searches and market insight
Develop a deep understanding of our professional services and clients' needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years' of experience in the recruitment of accounting and auditing professionals
Negotiation and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships
Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
