SmartConnect Account Manager

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for all assigned accounts, promptly addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service
Successfully onboard new clients and develop strong, lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Execute regular client training, resource development (webinars/content), and appreciation initiatives to strengthen relationships and educate partners
Develop and implement strategic plans and engagement campaigns (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to maximize account activity and lead generation
Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities and expansion within the existing book of business, ensuring year-over-year growth
Collaborate with Account Executives to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand our overall book of business
Maintain meticulous records and data integrity within the internal CRM and conduct regular data audits
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success, analyze account metrics, and prepare executive reports on client performance
Work closely with Marketing to create compelling, client-facing content and ensure all SmartConnect resources are functional and accurate
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all account management operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or account management
Strong knowledge of the Medicare landscape, including Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage plans, prescription drug plans, and ancillary products
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded with exceptional time management
Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively across interdepartmental teams
