Responsibilities
Provide a full spectrum of primary care services in a collaborative, hospital-employed group setting
Join a team of 12 providers, including 8 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers
The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an optional 4.5-day workweek. No weekends are required
Minimal telephonic-only call, averaging 1-2 days per month. The call schedule is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am on weekdays, and Friday 5:00 pm to Monday 8:00 am on weekends
Qualification
Required
Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Benefits
Signing Bonus & Relocation: Both are negotiable, with up to $10,000 available for relocation assistance.

An educational stipend is also available for physicians still in training who make a commitment to the practice.
