Responsibilities
Individually contributes to the design of end-to-end express checkout interactions for guests and members
Independently lead the iteration and delivery of express checkout solutions through the development and experimentation process
Identify and contribute to Cart, Checkout, and Order Details continuous improvement workstreams
Deliver design iterations to support experimentation with new urgency signals, payment methods, and information hierarchy within Cart, Checkout, and Order Details
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by leading regular working sessions, incorporating feedback, and creating well-organized design files, prototypes, and stakeholder presentations
Design elegant, industry-leading, checkout experience for one of the world’s largest community marketplaces
Qualification
Required
Past success designing and shipping multiplatform product features in Figma for iOS, Android, and web
Past success quickly forging strong cross-functional relationships, working directly with developers and product managers on product designs
Craft: a high level of interaction design craft and a commitment to delivering your best work
Leadership: experience navigating ambiguous and/or complex environments, to reach the best design outcomes for and its customers

Ability to work onsite in San Jose (preferred) or San Francisco 3 days per week
