Responsibilities
Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for architectural, structural, and sitework (excluding utilities) disciplines
Analyze and interpret design drawings and specifications and prepare detailed cost estimates
Support design phase cost estimating, benchmarking, and reconciliation
Provide technical input on constructability and cost trends
Coordinate with internal team and external stakeholders across multiple projects
Qualification
Required
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience estimating architectural, structural, and siteworks construction
Strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and a commitment to high-quality work
Willingness to travel occasionally for project meetings
Ability to work remotely during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours
Preferred
Experience with cultural projects is preferred but not required — we will support you in learning the nuances
Proficiency in quantity takeoff software such as On-Screen Takeoff (preferred), Bluebeam, or other recognized platforms
