Responsibilities

Deliver onsite, face-to-face product demonstrations of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus tailored to prospect requirements
Assist prospects during the evaluation phase, including solution positioning and technical validation
Lead and support Proof of Concept (PoC) and trial implementations
Participate in RFP/RFI processes by providing technical inputs, solution architecture, and response documentation
Work closely with Sales Account Managers to support deal closures
Translate customer business needs into ITSM solutions
Deliver value-focused presentations that highlight ROI, operational efficiency, and best practices
Support sales cycles through technical discovery, objection handling, and competitive positioning
Act as the primary technical consultant for an assigned region (states)
Handle all presales technical engagements originating within the assigned region
Travel extensively (~70% of working time) to customer sites for meetings, demos, and workshops
Be flexible with schedules to support customer and sales requirements

Qualification

Required

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL preferred)
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, preferably ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (or similar platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management)
Knowledge of incident, problem, change, asset, and service catalog management
Ability to configure, customize, and present ITSM solutions
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable delivering executive-level and technical presentations
Demonstrated ability to influence technical and business decision-makers
A sales mindset with business acumen to drive deal momentum
3+ years of experience in ITSM implementation, professional services, or consulting roles
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (minimum 70%)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple engagements simultaneously
Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is a plus
