Qualification
Required
A valid Real Estate License is required
Strong understanding of Real Estate transactions and Real Property principles
Exceptional Sales and Customer Service skills, with a proven ability to close deals and maintain client relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and fostering client connections
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
