Client Operations Analyst - Non Exempt

The role involves building client relationships, completing daily tasks, and ensuring procedures are followed while interacting with clients and other departments.

Responsibilities
You will work in a collaborative environment with other team members to complete high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment and may assist and train other members of the team
The specialist also interacts directly with clients via phone and email to provide support on processes and systems related to the job function
You will also work on end investor mailings like historical statements & tax documents along with data entry and pulling voicemails
Qualification
Required
Fast learning and able to self-teach as they grow in the role
Quick with a PC, typing, shortcuts, navigating screens, etc
Attention to detail and critical thinking as it relates to decision making pertaining to risk
A strong work-ethic as hours can be long at times
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment, solving problems, and providing excellent client service
Ability to multitask
