Responsibilities
Policy transaction processing and updating underwriting notes
Create and send producer correspondence letters
Non-renewal processing
Alarm Credits, VAC Appraisals, and Wind Mitigation Forms
Meet all established productivity, service and accuracy goals
Accurately maintain company records
Recognize trends and make recommendations; assist with improving workflows
Develop positive relationships with operations staff, agents, underwriting and personal risk business partners
Additional job responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated superior customer service skills
Demonstrated time management skills: ability to manage multiple priorities with focus on results
Demonstrated interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with team members and business partners to achieve positive results
Quality conscious with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated problem solving skills – analytical and solution development
Preferred
Knowledge and proficiency with RiskID, PLUW, Portrait is a plus
General: Proficient/Intermediate MS Office skills, Outlook
Knowledge of Chubb Personal Risk Products
