Responsibilities
Drive full cycle recruiting for senior and specialized roles, often technical and specialized profiles
Source and engage passive candidates though customized sourcing techniques, building and leveraging networks and direct outreach
Build capacity in hiring teams to deep their skills in selection, assessment and talent strategies
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
Provide insights on talent trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape to influence hiring decisions
Utilize advanced compensation knowledge in crafting offers
Ensure timely communication and updates for both hiring teams and candidates, while maintaining organized records and documentation throughout the recruitment process
Contribute to metrics gathering and identify candidate and market trends
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and apply best practices to strengthen experience for hiring teams and candidates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and ten or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in advanced sourcing strategies, including engaging and converting passive candidates
High level of discernment to identify top talent and align candidates with organizational needs
Skilled at building relationships and maintaining talent pipelines
Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver results
Analytic skills to identify data trends to translate data into actionable insights
Advanced understanding of compensation
Brings a continuous improvement mindset to optimize process and enhance candidate experience
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; experience with Dayforce is a plus
Ability to work full-time in office
Preferred
Experience recruiting technical talent or within aerospace industry
