Responsibilities
Managing inbound sales leads for the Aftermarket Parts department and supporting existing customers
Delivering exceptional customer service, including understanding unique customer needs, offering tailored product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
Collaborating across departments to enhance customer relationships
Developing product knowledge on various types of material handling equipment
Developing sales skills and working towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and targeted outreach
Leading quarterly trips to key customer sites in your sales territory
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a related inside sales or customer service role
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite
A customer service mindset and strong problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
A willingness to continuously learn and grow
Preferred
Post-secondary education in a related field, such as sales or business administration
Knowledge of material handling equipment and parts
