The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of planning, design, and delivery of complex aviation and civil infrastructure projects, while also focusing on business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities
Plan, design, and manage a variety of aviation and civil infrastructure projects
Oversee stormwater, utility infrastructure, and pavement design and assessments
Manage construction support services, including construction management and inspection
Lead and coordinate large, multi-disciplinary design teams
Prepare engineering plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications
Analyze design alternatives, technical data, cost estimates, and project schedules
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Maintain and grow client relationships with local and national aviation partners
Support business development, including proposal preparation and client presentations
Mentor and develop junior team members to promote technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited program and 10 years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Possess strong attention to detail, commitment to follow through, and ability to work independently following general direction and oversight from leadership
Be able to multi-task, prioritize workload, set priorities, and manage multiple projects and assignments
Have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner
Possess the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, demonstrate professional courage, and guide and influence others
Preferred
Professional Engineer, Registered Architect or Interior Designer, and/or Licensed General Contractor is preferred
PMP certification is preferred
Be proficient with Microsoft Office
