Responsibilities

Conduct job-task analysis and needs assessments to define clear learning objectives and determine effective training solutions
Partner with managers and team members to establish training goals and develop focused curricula that improve employee competency
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to develop content with subject matter experts across traditional and digital formats
Design innovative training programs using methodologies such as e-learning, simulations, role plays, and instructor-led sessions
Update and adapt existing training materials to meet evolving learning needs
Design and implement evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness
Collaborate with business leaders to identify strategic training goals and required competencies
Assess and refine existing curricula to improve instructional impact
Drive adoption of innovative learning technologies and approaches
Establish SMART objectives for all learning programs with clear success metrics
Develop evaluation frameworks using quantitative and qualitative data to demonstrate training impact
Build strong relationships across all organizational levels to align learning initiatives and gain buy-in
Partner with business units to develop learning strategies and implementation roadmaps
Work with content, graphics, and development teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, high-quality delivery
Champion learner-centered design through storytelling and strong communication
Manage learning projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and reporting
Facilitate and deliver training sessions as needed
Support organizational initiatives outside the core scope when required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development within corporate or large organizational environments
Proven experience designing and implementing instructional programs and digital learning solutions
Experience aligning learning strategies to business objectives
Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Experience using data analytics to evaluate and improve training effectiveness
Experience leading cross-functional learning projects
Experience supporting change initiatives related to learning technologies or processes
E-Learning Development (Expert Level) – Strong hands-on experience designing and building digital learning solutions
Relationship Building (Expert Level) – Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and training teams
High-Level Communication (Advanced Level) – Ability to present complex concepts clearly to senior leaders and diverse audiences
Instructional Design Expertise (Advanced Level) – Strong application of adult learning theories and design methodologies
E-learning tools proficiency such as Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, LMS platforms, InsideBoard
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strategic learning planning and program design
Project management across multiple initiatives
Analytical thinking and training evaluation
Stakeholder management and collaboration
Innovative use of learning technologies
Change management and adoption support
User-centered learning design

Preferred

Master's degree
Instructional Design certifications, such as ATD, CPTM, or LPI
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
