Responsibilities
Preparing and revising foreclosure complaints within a case management system
Reviewing and analyzing loan documentation to support foreclosure filings
Collaborating directly with attorneys to resolve file issues and move matters forward
Communicating with clients regarding approvals, denials, and file status
Managing a large workload while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements
Maintaining accurate documentation and organized files throughout the process
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Florida foreclosure matters
Hands-on experience drafting foreclosure complaints
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
Minimum of 1 year of foreclosure experience or a Bachelor's degree
