Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from partnering with hiring teams, sourcing to interviewing and offer management through successful onboarding including technical and corporate positions
Identify industry insights and partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs to develop and deliver effective recruiting strategies
Prioritize a positive candidate experience
Represent York Space Systems as a brand ambassador in candidate interactions including in-person recruiting events
Craft compelling job postings and outreach messages to attract top talent
Ensure timely communication and updates for both hiring teams and candidates, while maintaining organized records and documentation throughout the recruitment process
Contribute to metrics gathering and identify candidate and market trends
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and apply best practices to strengthen experience for hiring teams and candidates
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, including engaging and converting passive candidates
Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver results
Values data integrity and organization to power data analytics and trend insights
Brings a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and enhance candidate experience
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; experience with Dayforce is a plus
Ability to work fulltime in office
