Responsibilities

Coordinate and track appliance part orders from placement through delivery
Expedite parts and follow up on estimated delivery times (ETAs)
Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding part availability
Dispatch and route service technicians efficiently within assigned territories
Manage daily technician schedules, service calls, and call-outs
Accept and process customer credit card payments (COD)
Send payment reminders and make collection calls as needed
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and Slack messages
Update service tickets and maintain accurate records
Provide professional, customer-focused support and resolve service issues
Handle a high volume of calls while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
