Senior LevelGandiv Insights LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Analytics to contribute to their analytics team. The role involves writing complex SQL, building data structures, and delivering dashboards and ad-hoc analytics to support business decisions.

Responsibilities
Strong SQL-based analysis on large, complex datasets
Build tables/views leveraging existing data warehouse structures
~ 60% data manipulation (shaping and preparing data)
~ 40% dashboarding and reporting
Build dashboards and reports using BI tools
Support analytics requests via Jira intake
Assist product/marketing teams with audience segmentation and experimentation support (guidance only)
Qualification
Required
Experience in analytics, data science, or related roles
Very strong SQL skills (problem-solving and accuracy focused)
Experience working with large datasets across multiple systems
Hands-on experience with BI / visualization tools: Tableau; Power BI; Looker; Qlik (Sense/View); Amazon QuickSight; Google Sheets
Strong analytical thinking and execution mindset
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Minimal presentation / deck creation expected
Solve real business problems using SQL (accuracy > optimization)
Join and map user IDs across multiple systems
Handle increasing complexity (cross-product / cross-system analysis)
Preferred
Experience in consumer banking / fintech / neo-banks (e.g., SoFi, Chime, Robinhood, Varo, etc.)
Senior Financial Analyst background with strong SQL is acceptable
Knowledge of A/B testing concepts, audience sizing, and statistical significance (execution not required)
