The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service and driving sales while engaging customers with their knowledge of vitamin therapy. This role involves assisting customers, conducting product demos, operating POS systems, and maintaining an organized store environment.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
Conduct product demos to educate customers and enhance their shopping experience
Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Upsell products and suggest complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking duties
Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and clean to promote a positive client environment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Perform cashier duties with attention to accuracy and efficiency during checkout processes
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and customers using strong phone etiquette
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for retail math calculations
Ability to demonstrate product demos and upselling techniques effectively
Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales best practices
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic cashiering functions
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation
Doing presentations and pop up events in other locations
Strong sales conversion skills
Preferred
Previous retail sales experience preferred; familiarity with vitamin store operations is a plus
Strong communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and bilingual abilities (preferred)
Experience with supervising or leading small teams is advantageous but not required
