Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans
Coordinate and review architectural consultant work throughout construction, including scheduling workshops and issuing technical guidance
Support subcontractors during construction by clarifying design requirements and resolving documentation questions
Liaising with clients to address issues and meet project requirements
Mentoring new Architects and assisting in their professional development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar
8 or more years of experience in healthcare architecture
Knowledge of codes and regulations, specifically type 1 steel frame construction
Preferred
