They are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Senior Software Engineer who will be responsible for building reliable, high-quality software, with a strong emphasis on testing, validation, and improving quality within an existing system.

Work closely with product and engineering partners to implement features, improve test coverage, and maintain reliability over time
Bring strong technical judgment and can own quality for larger areas of the system

Qualification

Required

5–8 years of professional experience in software engineering and/or QA
Strong experience building and maintaining React.js applications in production
Experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails or similar MVC backend frameworks
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Jest)
Experience designing, writing, and maintaining automated test suites
Solid understanding of modern web application stacks (frontend + backend)
Comfort collaborating in cross-functional teams and influencing quality decisions
Strong attention to detail and a consistent quality-first mindset

Preferred

Experience in improving or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with REST APIs and backend services
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
