Mid, Senior LevelDollar General is hiring an experienced, hands-on Omnichannel Marketing Manager to accelerate adoption of the myDG digital ecosystem, scale our Delivery program, and lead the launch and growth of a new Subscription offering. You’ll own marketing strategy end-to-end across paid and owned channels, partnering cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market strategy, launch, and ongoing scaling of DG’s subscription program
Own acquisition + retention strategies and continually optimize key KPIs
Develop omnichannel strategies to grow account creation and digital engagement
Partner with CRM to deliver personalized onboarding, triggered communications, and benefits-driven messaging
Own weekly reporting alongside data science partners
Support and optimize DG’s Delivery experience through collaboration with digital product, operations, and analytics teams
Leverage insights from app/web transactional behavior to improve conversion and customer experience
Qualification
Required
End‑to‑end ownership of a loyalty, membership, or paid subscription program (launch + scale, not just campaign support)
Strong background in omnichannel marketing (paid, owned, CRM, lifecycle, journeys)
Proven success driving customer sign‑ups and progressing customers from anonymous → known → engaged
Experience working with media & creative agencies, product/engineering, and analytics/data science teams
Comfortable operating in ambiguity — iterative, 'build while flying' environments
KPI‑driven marketer with experience across CPA, LTV, AOV, engagement, retention, and churn mitigation
Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence, align, and deliver
