Analyzes and interprets insurance coverage information for accuracy
Documents and updates patient records with verified information
Collaborates with other team members to resolve discrepancies in patient insurance information
Provides support to the billing department by ensuring accurate eligibility information is available for claims processing
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to multitask effectively
Comfortable with extended periods of phone communication
