Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of the In-House Bank Enablement project
Own project governance, scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies
Manage technical components including integrations, reporting, migrations, and system configurations
Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management
Ensure accurate, timely status reporting and transparency to senior leadership
Partner with external consulting and implementation teams to ensure successful joint outcomes
Support business adoption, acceptance, and overall stakeholder satisfaction
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Project Management experience
Proven ability to manage large, complex IT and finance transformation projects
Strong experience working with accounting teams, processes, and technologies
Hands-on experience with Intercompany Accounting initiatives
Solid understanding of IT/project financial management (CapEx, OpEx, accruals, forecasts, amortization, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting
Experience with PPM tools, reporting, backlog grooming, and prioritization
Strong leadership presence with accountability-driven execution
Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings and manage escalations effectively
Proactive in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies
Highly collaborative and transparent communication style
Preferred
Experience in high-growth or biotech environments
PMP certification
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or similar)
Experience with tools such as Blackline, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Kyriba
