Responsibilities

Manage the interview scheduling process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align schedules and book interview rooms or virtual meeting spaces
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information on interview logistics, timelines, and next steps
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing a positive candidate experience
Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, update candidate statuses, and generate reports as needed
Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and assist in improving system efficiency
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation schedules
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment and onboarding processes
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the recruiting coordination function
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to talent acquisition
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience
Collect and analyze feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process

Required

Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Efficient time management to meet tight deadlines
Precision in managing candidate data and ensuring accuracy in documentation
Thoroughness in screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules
Ability to identify and address challenges in the recruitment process
Proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes
Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and needs
