North America Business Development Manager
Sharetea USA is expanding its tea beverage brands across North America and is seeking a driven Business Development professional to help grow their franchise network in the U.S. market. The role involves leading store expansion initiatives, developing relationships with franchise partners, and supporting the franchise development process.

Responsibilities
Lead store expansion initiatives for our tea beverage brand in North America
Develop and maintain relationships with potential franchise partners
Support franchise development process, including initial discussions and follow-ups
Assist with site selection and market evaluation
Coordinate and integrate external resources to create new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
2+ years of business development or sales experience
1+ year of experience in overseas markets, franchise business, or F&B industry (any one is acceptable)
Willingness to be stationed in Los Angeles, California, with occasional interstate travel
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and leverage networks effectively
Preferred
Experience working with U.S.-based partners or clients
Familiarity with franchise expansion or retail site development
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-growing environment
