Responsibilities
Own full month-end close in NetSuite, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and board-level reporting
Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variances, and overhead allocation
Manage inventory accounting, reconciliations, cycle counts, and adjustments
Provide financial and KPI analysis to support plant performance and cost savings
Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation, and disposals
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and GAAP compliance
Support special projects and ad hoc analysis for leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6+ years of accounting and finance experience
Strong background in cost accounting and month-end close
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
Detail-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional skills
Preferred
Experience in food manufacturing or similar environment preferred
Advanced NetSuite or ERP experience
