Sr. Graphic Designer

Made Good is a modern creative studio focused on full-funnel video production and content design. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with various creative team members to produce visual assets for digital and social platforms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.

Media Production

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional level of communication with all internal and external stakeholders
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements primarily for social platforms and broadcast media
Work in coordination with the creative and marketing departments to ensure projects are completed promptly, assisting in managing creative department workflow as needed
Concept, design, and produce traditional, digital, UI/UX, landing page/front end web dev, animated, and video graphic materials
Mentor Graphic Designers and design interns in best practices and brand standards, delivering constructive feedback when called upon
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Execute high-level design concepts
Experience and understanding of current design trends
Prepare PSDs for animation
Work with copywriters and our creative director/art director to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media, and amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand, conforming to design fundamentals

Required

Demonstrated history of the successful completion of similar projects
Hands-on experience and current skills with the Adobe creative suite
Ability to work remotely, independently, and with limited direction at times
Maintain a professional level of communication with all internal and external stakeholders

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects
Sufficient in Google Slides

Preferred

Working knowledge of Figma & 3D software is a plus
Agency Experience is a plus
