Responsibilities
Execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and other platforms based on identified strategies and media plans, managing campaign setup, targeting, creative implementation, and budget pacing to ensure accurate and timely execution
Support paid social and digital marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Execute boosting, audience setup, and performance evaluation aligned to campaign goals
Monitor performance against defined KPI’s and execute ongoing optimizations to improve results, maintaining accurate reporting and ensuring data integrity across platforms
Partner with internal teams and showroom stakeholders to support national and local campaigns as well as provide executional support and respond to paid media and digital marketing inquiries
Stay current on platform updates and support documentation and refinement of digital media processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing or paid media execution experience
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, and paid social platforms
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Comfort working with performance data and reporting tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Exposure to programmatic platforms such as Simpli.fi
