Responsibilities
Lead customer pricing discussions with cross-functional stakeholders, reviewing customer-level profitability, competitive dynamics, and cost drivers
Develop and execute pricing strategies in partnership with business units and commercial teams
Own and continuously improve pricing and quoting processes, tools, and governance
Design, launch, and integrate pricing desks for newly acquired or expanding businesses, including process standardization and tool deployment
Leverage analytics and pricing tools to drive margin improvement, profitability, and market share growth
Supervise and develop pricing analysts through coaching, training, and performance management
Partner with leadership teams to support growth initiatives across products and business units
Perform additional duties as needed to support pricing and commercial excellence initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
5+ years of experience, preferably in commercial pricing, finance, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of Word
Solid understanding of financial metrics and their business impact
Ability to design and implement repeatable pricing playbooks and frameworks
Proven ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
Demonstrated people leadership and team development skills
Ability to influence and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership capabilities
Self-starter with a track record of driving results and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
