Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows patching
Install, maintain, and support Microsoft SQL Server
Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Support backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
Automate tasks using PowerShell
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of Windows system administration experience
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
PowerShell scripting for automation
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
Preferred
Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
ITIL knowledge
Bachelor's degree
