Responsibilities
Lead and support high-priority strategic projects, including cost-to-serve modeling, tariff mitigation analysis, drop ship feasibility studies, and mode shift opportunities (e.g., air vs. parcel)
Own monthly KPI reviews for fulfillment costs, savings validation, and dashboard reporting; ensure accurate financial tracking and visibility for leadership
Develop and maintain automated tools (e.g., tariff simulator, Power BI dashboards) to improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual effort
Conduct incremental cost analyses for network options, optimizing routing and mode decisions
Support quarterly business reviews (QBR) by preparing slide decks, speaking notes, and data-driven insights for procurement and logistics leadership
Streamline and automate data extraction for transportation, fulfillment and duty tax reporting reporting
Collaborate with finance, planning, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
Manage and track multiple logistics and cost optimization projects, maintaining detailed weekly and monthly workstream reports for stakeholder visibility
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Economics, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in management consulting, logistics strategy, or analytical roles within supply chain; experience in transportation or trade operations preferred
Hands-on proficiency with analytics tools (Excel/PowerQuery, SQL/Python, Power BI/Tableau) and financial modeling
Preferred
Experience with ERP transformation (SAP S/4HANA) and transportation/trade systems (Oracle OTM/GTM)
Exposure to carrier RFPs, rate benchmarking, and negotiation support
