They are seeking a talented, collaborative Graphic Designer to join their in-house marketing team, responsible for producing marketing collateral, enhancing brand presence, and managing content across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing collateral including offering emails, listing packages, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations
Develop transaction-based templates and scalable corporate marketing materials
Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all deliverables
Contribute creative concepts and design solutions that enhance LAO’s brand presence
Stay current on design trends and recommend improvements to workflows, templates, and processes
Assist with copywriting and editing for brochures, presentations, website content, and internal communications
Provide quality control and proofing support across marketing materials
Manage and create content for social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn)
Support website updates and basic content management
Assist with the coordination and production of company and industry events
Manage relationships with outside vendors for printing, promotional materials, and event collateral
Oversee printing, binding, and shipping of marketing materials
Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
Experience with WordPress
Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
Video creation and editing experience
Preferred
Experience in commercial real estate, professional services, or corporate marketing
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
