Responsibilities
Collect, organize, validate, and maintain data across multiple systems
Assist with daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reporting
Identify data discrepancies, trends, and potential issues
Support data cleanup, QA checks, and documentation
Complete recurring daily and weekly operational tasks
Help identify, troubleshoot, and escalate system or process issues
Coordinate with internal teams or vendors when issues arise
Help evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and usefulness
Help maintain standards and improve quality processes
Support audits and spot checks as needed
Qualification
Required
A clear communicator
Strong statistical analysis skills, proficiency with Excel and SQL
Ability to perform in-depth data analysis and communicate reports to relevant stakeholders
Exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests
Preferred
A related degree preferred, such as finance, business, math, or economics
