The role involves completing daily control activities, reconciling transactions, and collaborating with internal and external business partners to ensure effective operations.

Responsibilities
The Investment Reconciliation role will support the daily reconciliation for plan to fund for all FPRS clones, daily recon of balance adjustments, gain/loss account and other fee reconciliation
Investment Reconciliation which performs a daily reconciliation between the DC recordkeeping system and the external account for all 25,000+ investment products
The team members play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with internal business partners and collaborating with them when appropriate to ensure that all standard methodologies are followed
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The ability to take initiative and highly motivated to complete tasks as required
An eagerness to meet department goals and shifting assignments where needed
Financial Services, 401k, Reconciliation, Transaction, Audit, Resolution, dividend cash, accrual, ESOP
Associate will thrive in an environment working on one to one assignment or along with a team for a bigger project
Communicate optimally with colleagues, management, and business partners through written and verbal correspondence
You have excellent customer service skills
Adopts new technology and process changes in a fast pace environment
You are an independent problem solver with meticulous attention to detail!
Enjoy solving mysteries through independent analysis of information captured from multiple sources
You resolve ambiguous situations by asking questions and applying critical thinking
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, preferably in Accounting or Finance
