Responsibilities

To assist both educational staff as well as less experienced technical staff with solutions to technical problems including new or unknown issues
To review and prioritize work order requests and manage time appropriately, to provide the highest level of customer service with a focus on the assigned building administration and staff satisfaction
To assist in coordinating inventory, maintenance, and repair of all district computer hardware, networks, and software
To escalate issues to supervisory positions promptly for resolution when unable to remedy

Qualification

CompTIA A+Network+Security+MacOS experienceWindows experienceGoogle Suite for EducationServer+MCSECustomer serviceTechnical support

Required

Applicant should have a strong understanding of computers as well as experience with hardware, software, and modern data networks consistent with industry-level 2 support
Minimum 3-5 years of help desk or computer technician level 2 experience
Strong macOS and Windows latest operating systems experience

Preferred

Relevant industry certifications preferred, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, MCSE, or others
Experience with Google Suite for Education and other educational technologies end-user support preferred
