Responsibilities
Assistance in driving offers and accountability on freight in their assigned region
Freight assignments throughout the day
Offer Manager assistance
Owning internal communications with customer teams regarding coverage and rates
Proactively monitoring load board build up to drive the right conversations early
Monitoring buying, GP, pooling and service metrics for region and understand when to call out necessary adjustments
Drive strategic carrier network growth both on region freight to build network density and drive down buying
Qualification
Required
Experience in operations and execution within a regional context
Ability to support Region Managers and teams effectively
Strong leadership skills to drive accountability and foster a culture of excellence
Experience in load board management and Offer Manager
Proven ability to assist in driving offers and accountability on freight
Capability to manage freight assignments throughout the day
Strong internal communication skills with customer teams regarding coverage and rates
Proactive monitoring skills for load board build up
Ability to monitor buying, GP, pooling, and service metrics for the region
Strategic thinking to drive carrier network growth and build network density
