Responsibilities
Provide leadership to direct reports, including hiring, training, and development
Support the development and monitoring of HR metrics to measure program effectiveness
Partner with leaders to address workforce needs, talent gaps, and organizational challenges
Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied, escalating or recommending updates as needed
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and team member satisfaction
Advise and counsel managers on employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategies
Support change management initiatives through communication, training, and adoption efforts
Collaborate across business units to ensure HR solutions align with organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role
2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
Knowledge of current HR trends, best practices, and applicable state and federal laws
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate alternatives and drive results
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening and customer service capabilities

Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications
