Responsibilities
Design and develop automated data validation and control frameworks across ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers
Build reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity across multiple systems
Develop Python-based solutions to detect anomalies, missing records, duplicates, and schema drift
Write and optimize advanced PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages
Implement audit-ready controls and monitoring dashboards
Partner with data engineering, compliance, and platform teams to support regulatory expectations
Document control logic and support internal/external audits
Qualification
Required
Strong Python development experience, particularly for data validation and automation
Advanced PL/SQL expertise (procedures, functions, performance tuning)
Proven experience building data quality or data control frameworks in enterprise environments
Background in financial services or other regulated industries
Experience working with large-scale data platforms and pipelines
Preferred
Exposure to AML or financial crime datasets
Experience supporting regulatory reporting or audit programs
Cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure
Data governance or lineage tools
