Responsibilities
Track and report on equipment and consumables revenue performance and expiring service agreements
Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective actions.
Support forecasting and budgeting for equipment-related revenue streams.
Monitor customer adherence to contractual terms and service agreements and communicate to customers on the status of their compliance on a quarterly basis.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Maintain accurate documentation for compliance reporting.
Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of consumable products by customers.
Maintain accurate records of printer installations and associated consumables.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize revenue opportunities.
Analyze revenue trends and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Recommend process improvements to enhance revenue and compliance efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in sales or revenue management, compliance, or operations
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, PBI, and CRM tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluently speak, read, and write in English
Preferred
Knowledge of AP lab printers and equipment sales is a plus
