Responsibilities
Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in architecture, analytics, design, software development
Ability to work both independently and with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members
Hands-on experience in developing applications using Java and Spring frameworks / ecosystem
Proficiency in designing service-oriented architectures incorporating both functional and non-functional requirements
Experience in designing, developing and deploying applications on AWS. AWS Certification is an added advantage
Experience with Kubernetes and container-based deployments is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to lead discussions amongst engineering teams, resolve issues and conflicts, as well as influence technology direction
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with leaders and colleagues across both technology and business organizations
Strong technical background with a willingness to continually learn and evolve
Passionate about what you do and are eager to tackle new challenges
