JuiceLand is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support field marketing, events, content creation, and design across Texas markets. This hands-on role involves building relationships, assisting with event execution, and creating content for social media.

Responsibilities

Support field marketing efforts within assigned Texas markets, with travel between Houston, Dallas, and Austin as needed

Build relationships with nearby businesses, organizations, and event partners to drive brand awareness and traffic to our shops

Assist with event execution, including setup, breakdown, and on-site support

Provide catering support for events and activations

Create and assist with content for social media, including photography and short-form video (Reels & TikToks)

Support design needs for marketing materials, signage, and digital assets

Use Adobe Illustrator to assist with basic design and production tasks

Work across a hybrid schedule, splitting time between home, in-shop locations, and on-site events

Collaborate with the marketing team to support day-to-day initiatives and campaigns

Required

Some experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field

Comfortable creating content for social platforms (basic photography and video)

Able to assist with light event setup as needed

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (bonus)
